1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ze9999 ("ze9999," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ze9999.app and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing or using any part of the ze9999 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the ze9999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

ze9999 is operated under an international gaming license. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes by eligible adult users. Gambling involves real money and carries inherent financial risk. ze9999 makes no guarantee of winnings.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with ze9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ze9999 does not permit access to any real-money gaming services by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ze9999 or any affiliated company.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the ze9999 platform or any affiliate gaming platform through a self-exclusion or operator exclusion order.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

ze9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ze9999 platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the payment method, device, or IP address used — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ze9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must notify ze9999 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ze9999 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access, fraud, or security breach.

ze9999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any such attempted transfer will be deemed void and may result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ze9999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment channels may be introduced or removed at ze9999's discretion. The current list of supported methods is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. ze9999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a payment source not matching the account holder's verified identity will be returned and the account may be subject to review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being fully complete on your account. ze9999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the time of the request. ze9999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your account.
• ze9999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges independent of ze9999.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name.
• ze9999 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal where required by our licensing obligations or anti-money laundering policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ze9999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ze9999 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses not met within the validity period will expire and be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• ze9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, collusion, or placing low-risk offsetting bets — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements stated in the specific offer.

ze9999's promotional calendar is designed to reflect Pakistani gaming culture, including PSL season bonuses, ICC tournament betting boosts, and seasonal offers. All such promotions remain subject to the general bonus conditions above.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game available on the ze9999 platform — including but not limited to live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, table games, sports betting markets, and instant-win titles — is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these game-specific rules prior to placing any wager.

All games on the ze9999 platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all certified game titles. ze9999 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurring during active gameplay, ze9999 reserves the right to void the affected round. Any wager placed during a malfunctioning game session will be refunded to the Player's account. ze9999's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ze9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using ze9999 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited and where ze9999 has publicly restricted access.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ze9999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the ze9999 platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ze9999 platform — including but not limited to the ze9999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ze9999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ze9999 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content from the ze9999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ze9999.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the ze9999 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ze9999 is not liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in platform availability caused by events beyond ze9999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, account access, or funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any third-party payment processor fees, delays, or errors.

The ze9999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ze9999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

10 Privacy & Data

ze9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ze9999 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no system is entirely impenetrable and ze9999 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication on your account.

11 Suspension & Termination

ze9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player is engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• Continuation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to ze9999.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion, ze9999 will review any remaining balance and, where no fraud or breach is identified, will return verified funds to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ze9999 support. Account closure requests are irreversible and any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ze9999's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under ze9999's licensing framework.

ze9999 operates under an international gaming license and is subject to the regulatory requirements imposed by that licensing authority, including regular independent audits of game fairness, player fund segregation, and anti-money laundering compliance.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ze9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ze9999 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when this Agreement was most recently updated. Continued use of the ze9999 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Player support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our support agents are familiar with the Pakistani gaming context and will respond in English.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by ze9999's licensing authority. Details of the relevant body are available on request from our support team.
